All is quiet. I’m watching the snow fall–at least six inches in a matter of a few hours; that’s a 12-year record in North Carolina. I gaze at my winter frosted backyard, awestruck. Did you know that “no two snowflakes are exactly alike — though there is no scientific reason that prevents it?”(1)Amazing how frozen water molecules fluttering from the sky can be so beautifully complex and each unique.
Then I hear these words in my spirit…
“Of all the snowfalls that have ever been, I never made two snowflakes alike. Yet for all their beauty, none compares to you—the crown of My creation.”
Do you realize the same God who made the snowflake one of a kind, made you? Of all the people who have ever lived and ever will, no one will be just like you.
“You alone created my inner being. You knitted me together inside my mother. I will give thanks to you because I have been so amazingly and miraculously made. Your works are miraculous, and my soul is fully aware of this.” (Psalm 139:13-14, GOD’S Word Translation)
God made you amazing.
- “When God created humans, he made them in the likeness of God.” (Genesis 5:1, GOD’S Word Translation)
- “But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered…” (Luke 12:7, King James Version)
- “Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands…” (Isaiah 49:16, King James Version)
God designed you. Take a look at these incredible facts about your DNA from Mario Seiglies’ article, DNA: The Tiny Code That’s Toppling Evolution.
>> In 1953 that James Watson and Francis Crick achieved what appeared impossible—discovering the genetic structure deep inside the nucleus of our cells. We call this genetic material DNA, an abbreviation for deoxyribonucleic acid.
>>As scientists began to decode the human DNA molecule, they found something quite unexpected—an exquisite ‘language’ composed of some 3 billion genetic letters.
>>The precision ofthis genetic language is such that the average mistake that is not caught turns out to be one error per 10 billion letters. Lee Strobel, author of The Case for a Creator, writes: “The six feet of DNA coiled inside every one of our body’s one hundred trillion cells contains a four-letter chemical alphabet that spells out precise assembly instructions for all the proteins from which our bodies are made . . . No hypothesis has come close to explaining how information got into biological matter by naturalistic means.”
>>Bill Gates, founder of Microsoft, commented that “DNA is like a software program, only much more complex than anything we’ve ever devised.”
God loves you and created you to have a relationship with Him. If you want to hear the voice of your Creator, your Father God, speak to your spirit, simply focus your heart and thoughts toward him today. He will answer.
